Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in each web design package?

The packages should cover the core deliverables listed on the page, such as page count, CMS setup, SEO foundation, blog setup, or more advanced functionality at higher tiers. The simplest way to read them is by business stage: starter site, growth-focused site, or more complex build.

What costs are not included in the package price?

Domain registration, hosting, premium third-party tools, ongoing maintenance, and out-of-scope features are usually separate unless the proposal says otherwise. That distinction matters because it keeps the build price clear and avoids hidden assumptions.

How are revisions handled?

Revisions should be built into the project, but they should follow a defined review process. Reasonable refinements are different from major scope changes, new page requests, or mid-project direction shifts, which should be quoted separately.

How do payments work?

Most projects should start with an upfront deposit, with the remaining balance tied to agreed milestones or launch. That keeps the project moving while making the payment structure clear on both sides.

Who owns the website, domain, and content when the project is done?

Ownership should be clear in writing. The client should control core assets such as the domain and hosting account, and the final website deliverables should transfer to the client once the agreed project balance is paid.

How do I choose the right package, and when do I need a custom quote?

Choose based on what the business needs the site to do, not just the cheapest line item. If the project includes advanced integrations, custom workflows, eCommerce complexity, or more strategy than a standard package covers, it should move to a custom quote.
